      - The benefits are outstanding - The annual raises are a high percentage of your salary - Promotions are based on skill and visibility, not tenure - The voice of the employee is valued - Ideas our encouraged and rewarded - The environment is professional and still fun - The doors to management are wide open - The schedules are fantastic; no weekends and no graveyard shift

      There could be more focus put on improving the morale of contingent associates.

      Fast paced and challenging while recognizing employees who perform well. They also do a good job of performance management for the staff.

      Cons

      They sometimes rely too much on data and not enough on experience of the management team who has been doing business for awhile.
