Pros
Good and friendly people to work with. They have a good atmosphere and good pay. They are very supportive and active with volunteering. They are very open to moves throughout the company so you don't have to feel trapped in the job you are in as long as you are performing well.
Cons
Non performance means being shown the door fairly quickly. They allow flexiblity to work from home when needed, but don't expect to get ahead while doing it (being allowed and being happy about it are two different things).
