      If you are at a busy branch, you have a chance to make great incentives. If you are that lucky, the sky is the limit on your incentive pay.

      Cons

      Policy and procedures seem to change weekly and without notice. Nothing is consistent.

      Work/life balance is great. Very rarely is someone required to give up extracurricular activities in lieu of work projects.

      Constant change across all levels of the organization. I have been with the company for 3 years and am on my 4th Director and 2nd VP.
