In the Home loans business, the enviornment is a little different than the rest of the company, given the growing challenges and the market situation. There are udgetary and resourcing pressures, but the quality of the workforce is exceptional. most people live the values of the company and everyone is expected to be a complete owner of the task/process/project they are a part of. Feebacks are welcome and irrespective of your job level ideas are socialized and heard.

Cons

Stress and resource bandwidth availability might be a challenege in lot of groups, mainly because there is a lot to do and the Home Loans business in its current place is losing a lot of money. Department politics and constant re-organizations can weigh in to the stress levels a lot of times. Also, due to all of these the longevity of any set oout strategy becomes questionable over a longer period of time.
