Predominantly white middle class and most promotions are not based on merit. They are based on whose face fits. The senior leadership is prime example of this including all of the CEOs mates. The grievance processes are corrupt, and if you have suffered a microagression or issue there's no point as no one with lived experience is involved in the review. House always wins too, especially if it involves someone more senior. They have really poor management of people from a wellbeing perspective and I've seen many people "pushed" out whilst on long term sick, undoubtedly caused by the company.
