Low pay, managers were often biased, too much drama on the floor and not a lot of consistency with policies.

Very mismanaged company. Specially with their work at home core dept. Advancement is oportunities are minimal. They will change your schedule without your consent with a weeks notice. Started in a class of 20 and 6 months later 7 were remaining. Every employee is micro managed. Could be there for a couple of years and all of the sudden you can recieve a phone call telling you that you are no longer employed there without an explanation! Managers heve their favorite employees who they favor more than others. Oh and if you leave involuntary or voluntary you will recieve a letter by mail months later asking you to pay your vacation back.Thats not all. If you leave involuntary they will lie about the reason why you were terminated so you dont get unemployment. Hahaha What a joke of a company.
