Good training structure, and process to train the experinced but outdated employee. Employee can learn latest technology eaisly, by training provided by them.

Cons

Long working hours, you'll have to work more than 12hrs. No appreciation in the team. Team lead and higher level professionals will take the credit, leave workplace early, take credit for success and blame employee under them for failures.

Variety of Projects and Opportunity, Good work ethics, Relaxing environment to work in

Cons

If you end up in dead project and you have no where else to go then you might end up doing the role that you would not want to progress in your career. Upper management does not recognise talented junior talents, a lot of good engineers find out they are not compensated very well and leave. Salary is below average in the market and no bonus until you get to more senior level.

Capgemini is a great place to work and learn. Capgemini provides life balance with work culture smoothly.

Cons

IJP Policy is not up to the mark at my working Location. Annual CTC revision is very poor in my project, not sure about other locations and projects
