Very modern work environment. Good starting salary. Transparency. Very pleasant people. Relaxed Environment. Multiple opportunities to enhance skills/knowledge. Good management.

Cons

Big organization, so there is a bit of excessive bureaucracy - but this cannot be avoided on a large scale such as this. None others as of yet.

Capgemini has a nice working culture. Work life is fantastic. Usually, there is not much of a pressure and the work assigned can be easily completed within the deadline. Capgemini is a nice place to start the work as a fresher as one gets ample time to adjust to work culture. Also, the management is lenient towards freshers.
