      Pros

      Capgemini is an excellent company to start or continue developing yourself as a professional. They offer learning tools, continuous training, benefits, and remote work, ideal for work-life balance. They have an onboarding process that ensures you never feel alone, and the atmosphere, at least in my project, is excellent. If you are thinking about starting your career in the tech sector or growing professionally, it is an option to consider.
