Pros

Hybrid working means a decent work life balance.

Cons

Cost cutting over the last few years has made it a more unpleasant place to work. Salaries not very competitive.

Pros

Capgemini has one of the best work cultures among the major IT services firms. The work-life balance (WLB) is generally respected, and the hybrid work policy is flexible. Excellent internal learning resources (like Coursera and internal certifications) make it a great place to upskill. If you get a good project, the client exposure is top-tier.

Cons

The "hike" and promotion cycles are very slow. Salary increments often don’t keep pace with the market, leading many to leave for better compensation. The experience is highly "project-dependent"—you could be on a cutting-edge AI project or stuck in a legacy support role with little room for innovation.
