      Interesting projects, good clients, nice environment, great people to work with, beautiful offices, lots of team work, flexible hours, private transportation to the offices, private insurance, lots of benefits.

      Cons

      Salaries, should be a little more competitive according to other companies in the same sector.

      - Attractive career. - We offer all our consultants the opportunity to expand their training, both in personal and technical skills, through our tool Educ'Altran. - We have an attractive package of social benefits for all new consultants. - We renewed our EFR (Family Responsible Company) certificate in 2016, for a reconciliation of family and personal life. - Flexibility hourly + intensive day every Friday of the year and in summer (July and August).

      Spanish banking sector is living a complicated situation and the Financial & Service Spanish Department is not very big.

      Big IT consulting company with a large number of customers and services. Great opportunities to learn technologies, methodologies and management tips. Almost 15 years of my career were dedicated to ALTRAN.

      Cons

      Sometimes, to many services and comercial offers to make. From my point of view, after a long and hard work, when the service starts, you cannot see the results of your job because you're require to start/design another service.
