      Pros

      Short term, usefull to learn english in the UK.

      Cons

      Altran is not on the consulting business, but on the body leasing business. Once you are borrowed to a client, no possibility of ever getting out of the project.

      Good culture Good and concerned people in senior management Work is also very good, working on almost all upcoming technologies

      Cons

      Started focusing on quantity than Quality Lots of takeovers, another may come soon Performance review system is a bit biased Word distribution is not fair

      Best colleagues to work with. Good office environment and facilities. Flexible work hours to suit individuals when needed. Options to work from home when needed during unforeseen circumstances.

      Cons

      Future job prospect very bleak. Contention and competition within the company itself, which results in poor global teamwork. Only a small pat at the back as recognition of good work without any form of salary review or promotion.
