      Pros

      Main pro is for sure the work-life balance. On the projects that I took part, we really did not have to follow a strict hour regime. It was mainly an objective driven and not time driven environment. Great work environment

      Cons

      Sometimes the company sell you to the customer as an expert of an certain technology/domain, where indeed you are not really an expert. Making you to be really proactive to not let the customer down Salary is low
