      Big projects but low pay

      Pros

      It is a big company with a lot of internacional projects. Possibility to learn. Phone and laptop that can be used for personal needs. Medical insurance. A lot of online training available.

      Cons

      Salary is relatively low comparing to other consulting in life science in Portugal. Especially considering that the revenue from International projects is higher than portuguese projects, it is very unfair.

      Good opportunity for networking. Easy job access, as a first experience is very good.

      Cons

      Communication with management is not very fluent. Only annual revision.
