      No pros about the company

      Cons

      No hikes this year. Lot of Internal Politics. No proper tecnical trainings. No appreciation for hardworking employees. No work life balance. People who are hardworking they need to work more and people who don't work they will chill in the company and the guys who don't work will get awards and recognition for being nice to managers/directors. Small Startups are giving more hikes compared to Capgemini Engineering. My suggestion would be never join in a company like this.

      No pros, you easily get some job in another company that respect you and pay you more.

      Cons

      The company doesn't care with your collaborators, a lot of problems occurs inside the company , health plan insufficient, a lot of cases related to inactive health plan when the collaborators have gone to hospitals, pregnant wife's without health plan, benefits are terrible , salary , they make the proposal with car, but doesn't have car available, the wait is around 7 months to be possible some car be taken, and take care when you will return the car when your leave, will be a nightmare, the inspection is unrealistic and they will charge a lot of money to refund and repair the vehicle, the projects are very legacy, the managers doesn't care with the peoples , just with the numbers..so, the list is very long , think N times before accept some proposal.

      Good team environment and offer good life/work balance

      Cons

      Performance improvement is not followed by salary improvement. Appraisal has quotation per grade, at least a part of the team must be in a low grade to fill quotations. Very unfair.
