      Young people Nice office Flexibility

      Cons

      Salary increase doesn't happen as it should. If you're lucky you can get a max 100 euros yearly increase Discrimination based on nationality although they keep yelling that they're supporting multicultural environment Higher management doesn't care about people that are not happy. They are promoting loud mouths with no background just to push people beyond limit. No paid overtime - although you have to work overtime because of poor planning

      Good work life balance. Colleagues are helpful (to some extent). Salary paid on time.

      Cons

      Low salary in comparison to other companies with the same level of skills and experience. Insecurity in job, you could be terminated if there is no project without any compensation.
