      Directors and Proj. Managers - should attend basic etiquette trainings

      Pros

      I did not find even a single good reason for anyone to work here.

      Cons

      - Too much of power is given at the hands of PM and Director. - An all round feedback MUST impact PM's & Director's performance rating, so they learn to be courteous towards their subordinates. - HR should be given more power so as to restrict the unleashed Managers & Directors, who think of themselves as an owner of Aricent and treat rest of the team as their slaves.

      Pros

      Good salary, Very little work to do if you are talkative and can dupe the dumb senior management/Directors because they are not professional engineers.

      Cons

      No serious or big project coming to this company from US clients. The technical presentations by incompetent/professionally zero senior management has scared away all the potential clients (unbelievable, but this is the truth). Senior management/Directors love to spend time on exercises that have no benefit and provide dumb reasons to CEO of Altran Solutions-USA (who is the only certified professional engineer in the Altran US).

      Work-life balance very good. No rigid work time. Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      No engaging projects. Only staff leasing, no added value. No career advancement. Poor salary. Very poor IT and supporting staff.
