      Pros

      People in immediate work team are terrific. Free fruit, soda/water, and bread appreciated.

      Cons

      Simply put, the place is a mess. Good people let go in the name of cost savings while poor performers remain. People treated like objects. The benefits are poor to fair at best.

      Pros

      Prestigious clients, good and big projects. Good installations and public projects. International company and present in many countries. Some social events.

      Cons

      It's not easy to grow in the company altran. Low salaries and lot of promises of update career, but never happens.

      Not recommended if you want to make progress

      Pros

      - Atmosphere at the workplace was nice

      Cons

      - They hire people without having any projects for them, you will be there doing 'nothing' for a very long time - Management has no respect for the employees in the Porto department. They moved the company location twice within 6 months, without prior warning when getting hired that the company would move. - The 'temporary office' (> 1 month) in Gaia was a joke - Fake promises are being made. When the company moved, they said they would pay the metro, to this day I'm still waiting for that payment - Organisation is a mess, there was 1 microwave for 50+ people - Waiting time to get a second screen for your laptop is huge (3 months+), prepare for back/neck problems
