      -Job security: Capgemini do not fire employees easy. You could serve in bench for years. -Cisco tac business was acquired by Capgemini from Altran.

      Cons

      -Capgemini do not believe in Cisco TAC business hence they are on silent firing. -if you are looking to join for any network engineer role with Cisco TAC, I would suggest to look for other opportunities.
