Has a generally nice working environment, with nice and helpful colleagues, and a relaxed environment.

Cons

Compensation. The compensation is very poor, completely removed from the costs of living in the area. Don't expect any meaningful raise, not even and adjustment for inflation, you can expect you salary to stay, mostly, the same while costs of living increase in an already expensive city.

Good office environment building for work.

Cons

No help from senior management to get into any project or up skill. No one will guide, they expect we always should plead then for a project if we are in bench. They don't event listen to what we know or want to know. They will stand only with their points.
