Your feedback regarding the lack of instructions and timelines after Day 1 is acknowledged. Limited guidance during the post‑Day‑1 phase can create uncertainty about next steps. While this was eventually resolved by reaching out to the relevant contacts, clearer communication and defined timelines at that stage would help new joiners proceed with greater ease.
