Large scale mixed use projects. Very complex and challenging, you will learn a lot.

Cons

No overtime compensation. Expectation to work, a lot... a lot a lot.

We appreciate your thoughts and the time you've taken to share them. We are working hard at reducing the amount of overtime in the UAE and make sure that work/life integration is more prevalent and part of our business. The office was buzzing with energy prior to COVID and the result was lots of project activities for our people and across our client base. We do thank you for your hard work and dedication, and look forward to creating better discipline around project demands.
