      There is no consistency in the workflow, people are constantly switched between teams and projects and it is hard to build career if that’s what you want.

      Plentiful resources and great networking resources with Fortune 500 companies. Nice company office stocked with La Croix.

      Cons

      It is surprising that clients retain services when they cost a premium with lower quality of work. There is very poor employee culture and high turnover since people of talent stay for very short periods of time. This company does not allow for growth with office politics dominating all aspects of life.
