      Experience in the markets they serve. Leading edge development in hardware and software solutions. Solid results every quarter. Entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      Some bumps in the road as the company enters the software business, with challenges to delivering product integrated across the device and network layers - some patience required.

      Pros

      Not only is CalAmp a technology leader in the telematics / connected car market, but they have great benefits with a real focus on employee health.

      Cons

      Field communications is always difficult when you have a company with so many remote employees. CalAmp field employees hear from HR often with programs but there is not much communication from upper management except for press releases.
