      Pros

      Much of the mgmt has been switched out this past year at CalAmp with new blood coming in. And it's all for the better. The company now has the right people in place to make the next big jump.

      Cons

      Marketing and company perception need to vastly improve.

      Pros

      CalAmp is an IoT company with exciting growth potential. It offers flexible working schedule to achieve good work life balance. The working environment is pleasant and friendly. Great benefit including flexible and unlimited PTO. The regular Friday's donuts is a nice treat.

      Cons

      The reimbursement system should be upgraded to avoid mailing physical copies of receipts.

      We've become too top heavy, need more QA/software/hardware engineers (especially for OBD products), need better communication on company's vision/roadmap.
