The company itself is not doing well. They recently had a handful of layoffs across multiple offices. It's heading towards a downturn. Company stock of the last five years is a clear indicator how the company is currently performing.

A lot of potential to be a competitive company. Has grown and improved in recent years with regards to vision and direction. Workplace environment is new, recently updated. Worked with many good people.

Cons

Company execution needs any overhaul. There is a general reactive culture approach towards the business and operations. Some long time managers exhibit limited vision and are stuck in old practices. Did not feel managers championed their teams. Compensation and incentives were mediocre.
