      Pros

      This company has been getting some good press of late but press don't know what goes on inside.

      Cons

      There has been a push from HR to increase ratings on sites like Glassdoor so definitely don't go by these reviews. Management says this company is not for everyone and only for the best but they really mean only for the "politically best"

      Good benifits and stock options

      Cons

      Long hours even after troubleshooting problems throughout the night you were still expected to put in your regular hours during the day. I went a whole summer without getting any sleep and there was no sympathy from management.

      Good culture, great people, work/life balance. iOT leader who is vertically integrated. Lots of opportunity for growth.

      Multiple sites. Lots of work to do so the expectations are high.
