lots of company events, flexible hours and hybrid work) office in a great area. work-life balance is nice

Company is currently in a transitionary period. job security is nto there right now. pospositionsve been laid off and now are rehiring for the same. leadership has some work on there hands IMO. Medicial beneifits were average and nothing to write home about.

Coworkers, everyone is hard working and wants to see the company succeed.

Cons

Executive Leadership can't seem to understand their product and keeps trying to pivot the business model to no avail. Stock price is at an all time low which is causing layoffs every other quarter. Low pay and sparse promotions, won't promote from within and won't hire to fill in old positions, so employees are getting overworked for impossible deadlines.
