      Pros

      - Cutting Edge industry of iOT & connected assests - we are a key leader - Lots of challenging work - You can add value quickly - The people are just amazing, supportive and friendly- including the leadership team - You can build and create since many processes are not in place - good social events pretty much monthly

      Cons

      - Lots of challenging work - Lots of locations and people spread out - not a lot of systems or tools in place yet - not a lot of IT standards such as IM

      -Extreme industry growth potential -Inspiring, motivated, and supportive leadership -Friendly, easy-going employees -Very little micromanagement -Great work-life balance (time off granted, vacation days, etc.) -Multitude of work and projects to take on

      -A bit top-heavy -Not enough product training -Very few processes set in place -Workload can often be very excessive during busy periods -Too few social events, and the ones we do have don't have enough attendees

      High Growth and Potential

      Pros

      In a booming industry (IoT - Connected Car/Asset) with high growth. Everyone is excited about the potential of the industry. CalAmp went through a management change ~2 years ago at the SVP level and things are MUCH better than before with isolated dictator. It's small enough of a company if you work hard you will get noticed and promoted. There is SO much to do!

      Cons

      Growing pains in becoming a billion dollar company. Lots of inefficiencies in processes still need to be ironed out.
