      Pros

      Not only is CalAmp a technology leader in the telematics / connected car market, but they have great benefits with a real focus on employee health.

      Cons

      Field communications is always difficult when you have a company with so many remote employees. CalAmp field employees hear from HR often with programs but there is not much communication from upper management except for press releases.

      Pros

      Was referred by a colleague of mine to Calamp and have enjoyed it here ever since. Direct and upper management has been very supportive and I enjoy their leadership style. Having worked at several companies in OC I can say culture, benefits, and compensation here are equivalent if not better.

      Cons

      None come to mind save for vacation policy which was just revamped to be unlimited.
