      Great compensation Solid opportunities to make an impact Career advancement!! Flexibility & Visibility Lots of strong leaders who care Easy access to top executives Great work/life balance for most teams No drama or toxicity. The culture is good.

      Transformation is hard work. Not for everyone. Some teams/departments need more resources.

      Company pays well and offers flexible PTO.

      Cons

      The company doesn't know what it wants to be and keeps restructuring, meaning high turnover. The CEO lacks leadership skills and qualities. He is more focused on share price and what competitors are doing. While wanting to attract top talent, it's leaderships goal are to bring employees back to the office full-time unlike the tech companies they aspire to be.
