Pros

- Nobody except finance really goes into the office during required in office hours for the hybrid schedule, so if you do end up going in you'll have plenty of space for yourself if you feel like it's worth getting dressed and driving in to do Teams Meetings at your desk. - Stock price is low so if you feel like there's upside, its a great time to get in if you believe the company will turn around (Note this is not financial advice) - Free soda and snacks in the breakroom. Sometimes beer and wine as well. - Lots of opportunities for incremental "Free money" through HR - health programs and high five recognition. $25 in amazon gift cards will feel substantial if you're already earning below market to begin with. - They pay in experience! You'll be forced to do work across multiple disciplines since they're so short staffed - you'll get hands on experience on more areas than which you were hired to do. - Educational reimbursement which refreshes every year, if you even have time to pursue this. - Turnover is so high that if you don't like working with someone, chances are they wont be around in a few months - Interesting (and fun!) commentary on Yahoo Finance Discussion board about CAMP from retail investors make an interesting conversational topic with coworkers and management

Cons

- Constant turnover in leadership with no explanation, sometimes to competitors (!!) or to other IoT Organizations - Many departments and functions have had 50%+ Turnover in 2021/2022 - People clearly promoted beyond their capabilities - people asking how these folks got to the position they are in - Constant budget pressures and understaffing, so you're constantly having to do the work of 2-3 people while getting paid below market salary - requiring people to come in a hybrid schedule for no reason other than "collaboration" or "this is required" or "We are not a work from home company", but there was constant cases of COVID breakouts which were swept under the rug by management. - Below market pay and terrible bonus structure , participating in ESPP feels like you're just flushing money down the drain since the stock price has dropped 75% since a few years ago. - Silent RIFs every year (sometimes multiple times in a year) in spite of constant turnover in staff - Total lack of accountability for terrible business decisions - Lack of overall strategy and direction for organization, constant last minute artificially manufactured fire drills
