      Pros

      The executive team at CalAmp definitely cares about the wellbeing of their employees much more than some of the other companies that I've worked for.

      Cons

      While it is a great company to work for as far as the work environment and the overall wellbeing of employees, there are certainly some issues in the professional direction of the company. It seems like the directors have a direction that they want to guide the company, but they aren't sure exactly how to execute on that direction.
