Pros
Management goes to bat for you, a lot of internal support for projects. Hybrid model allows you to meet a lot of the team. Everybody is helpful. Technology is good and product is very customizable. Stock price reflects legacy-hardware intensive business model. The pivot to SaaS will allow the company to trade at a higher multiple, so I see a lot of upside to the stock in the short-to-medium term as the SaaS conversion continues.
Cons
A lot of internal systems are slow to work, but processes continue to get better daily. Saturated product market, but there are some key differentiators that make CalAmp stand-out if you know how to pitch it.
