Benefits are definitely the best part of the job: mortgages at 0% interest rate. 26 days vacations and company values linked to local economic development.

Cons

No personal growth: training programs have been cut. Lack of leadership: managers' turnover creates insecurity and lack of stable guides/directions. No long term strategy.

Sometimes the problem is that you do not get enough work and that promotions are very hard to come by.
