A lot of "summits" in different countries. That's fun and allows you to meet in person many of your peers.

Cons

No real collaboration between countries and some really toXic heads and managers who are more interested in their own personal development than the good of the company makes for a very bad place to work. I've seen a lot of discrimination and abuse, "bro" culture, and people being fired for no reason and without explanation.
