Pros
Great culture, very fast-paced working environment, good people. Can be a great learning opportunity, the company is growing fast but there's a lot to do and you can have a lot of fun while doing it. Also always thinking what to do next which is exciting.
Cons
Constant changes in projects and management decisions lead to inefficiency at times. A lot of responsibility even for junior profiles which is a good opportunity to show that you can be an asset to the company, however it also means a lot of pressure.
