Adequate pay scale 401k Match is outstanding. Flexible working hours Travel potential

Cons

Advancement is very difficult, even if you get a very good performance review. No pay increases without promotion. Bonus plan (PLM) is terrible. I've seen a lot of people leave/fired with no reaction from management. They don't seem to care or see the need to stop this.

Pros

Lots of room for advancement if you are willing to work hard. Excellent 401k match. Great coworkers. Week and a half holiday shutdown in December.

Cons

No cost of living increases. Extremely difficult to get a raise unless you change positions within the company. There are corporate employees that have gone 3-5 years without an increase, which is not untypical.

Cons

no clear career path, lack of progressive ideas, not a place for ambitious and aggressive professionals, HR and leadership are unable to streamline talent management
