Head office in Chicago Area , Except that there is noting good about this compnay

Cons

No accountability, Management lacks leadership & Employees have no respect for each other and no morals, Starting from COO of this company all the directors make no sense at all in their decision making. Every employee of this company so insecure about their position. CNHi is still surviving on legacy products. Its just a matter of time before EPA will be on CNHi's back about Tier 4 products and their failures rates

Great Benefits (401K,Health Insurance)..Get to work on different products and good managers..Bonuses every year based on company performance.. December shutdown is great... Very rarely have to work extra hours to get the job done..Flexible working hours..

Cons

No annual merit raises!... Can be stuck with the same salary for years.. HR not involved in training employees.. Compensation policy is more complex than required forcing employees to quit.

People who work hard and think/act in a common-sense way are valued and can make a big difference if they want to. Certain people are very rewarding to work with.

Cons

Advancement! Horrible practice of assigning multiple full-time responsibilities with no real promos or recognition to accompany. Forced-rank 9-box perf review process. Perfectly good employees get force-ranked to the bottom of the barrel and lose, lose, lose; "calibration" makes it worse!
