Pros
I really could not find anything positive about the place.
Cons
1. Was told in writing this was a hybrid work from home with office 2x/week. Was rescinded upon being hired. 2. Micromanaged like I have never been before. I was expected to turn in a log of 100% of my time, in minutes, of what I was doing every day. 3. Their product quality is truly terrible and they have no idea why. 4. Their relationship with their workers (union and non-union) is very adversarial. The plants came off of a strike just a year ago. 5. The turnover in my group was at 60% over the last 14 months. HR ignored this fact and the complaints made about the management. 6. The employee satisfaction survey results were horrific. 7. They are missing their profit targets 2023 and will be laying off 5% of the white collar workforce.
