Flexible working hours and free meals.

Cons

The company is not employee-friendly. They have deducted the entire annual increment and even the variable pay. There has been a lot of restructuring, and employees’ efforts are not recognized. Despite working for over four years, there has been no career growth or promotion opportunities. Overall, I would not recommend joining this organization.

Cons

The management style is extremely arrogant and disrespectful toward employees. Managers often belittle and micromanage instead of guiding or mentoring. No sense of empathy or professionalism, feedback is usually negative, not constructive. The toxic culture severely affects mental health - working here felt mentally exhausting and demotivating. HR doesn’t take employees’ well-being seriously, complaints go unheard.
