      they are big on education and will educate you with lots of courses

      Cons

      Low pay for lots of work and hard to move up. HR has no say when it comes to hiring, the senior management hire people they know.

      Colleagues are friendly and location was great. Benefits are ok , hours are flexible. Work space is in open environment

      Restructure too frequent and roles and responsibilities are not defined. Confusing with the objectives and too much turnover with little opportunities to grow.
