Pros

I worked at the phone channels. Pro is that the pay is fair I guess if you hit your target for a year, you get 2 raises. There was a lot of potluck and colleagues are fun to talk with. Come in do your 8 hours and go home. There was a lot of laugh about calls with colleagues.

Cons

Call volume was non stop for the whole day. They were very strict with talk time, you have to serve each customer average 5 minutes or so or no bonus. If you do one thing wrong in a call it could mean your whole quarter's bonus would be gone, with no warning. Very tiring and stressful sometimes. Management very strict at times, no enough washroom breaks. Getting paid decently, but working like a financial sweat shop.
