Pros

Regular benefits as all other companies

Cons

1-The continuous change of management doesn't give any continuity to projects previously established by previous Vp's. For example: Working from home was an excellent project which was working perfectly and motivating employees as they were able to balance their lifes with family at home and work but new management decided to cancel it because they believe that there is not the same consistency as working at the office. 2- The salary doesn't compensate the high level of work of underwriters as they do not have underwriting assistants to do follow up with documentation. 3- The company only offer 3 personal days per year which is a hustle for people who have kids
