Pros

Excellent training. They gave you almost 4 months of paid training which is really awesome. Made tons of friends there. Benefit is better than other banks.

Cons

I am placed in an extremely terrible location with a terrible manager. The co-worker who stays there for 20 years is refusing new technology and stubborn. To me, everything is so slow to an extent I can not stand. My manager is not helpful at all. I really wanna quit...

Pros

at least you get discounted lending rates for loans, credit cards & mortgages.

Cons

As a financial advisor you will never get a raise on your salary & every year they put further restrictions on sales commission plans. I would say at least 30% of Financial Advisors do not get any end of year bonus payments.
