Pros

Benefits are alright. Clients are generally friendly and nice and are definitely the best part of the job. Room for advancement (if you’re top in sales).

Cons

Management is unsupportive and belittling. Job description is vague and enticing, however duties and expectations far exceed what is described. Sales targets are unrealistic and you may be chastised and embarrassed if you don’t make them. The pay is much lower than what it should be based on job expectations.

Pros

You can move up the corporate ladder if you are willing to put in the time.

Cons

No overtime pay once you reach level 7. Too much is expected out of one person. Division of work is unfair - some work harder than others. Only those who know how to shmooze and those who know how to sell themselves will be promoted. If you don't know, you'll get stuck where you are. It's every man to himself.
