Pros

Year end commission, some good colleagues.

Cons

Client Account Management is the worst place you can work at. Management is all about Favouritism and never listens to their employees. Their approach and mindset is from 80s. Senior Management is the worst. There is no transparency, you can never give your feedback as no one listens and acts upon it. They will treat people they like so differently. Management will work for you sometimes, but will keep telling you to remember them on survey time. Worst culture I have ever seen. Management only cares about customers, not about employees. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Pros

People are friendly and helpful

Cons

There are a lot of long-term employees with high level titles who get paid a lot of money but all they do is socialize and suck up.
