      pay is okay but the change of the compensation package is turning to an opposite direction

      bad people management, GM mostly don't have good education background, some district turns into kind of family business instead of act like a corporation. East york district in Toronto is a good example, small circle take over the management whick make a high turn over rate, bad results which turns your pay cheque thin because of lack of management
