Pros

- Free banking and childcare support. - Flexible work hours.

Cons

- Poor salary package - Too much politics and if you keep your boss happy, you are happy too. - Too much organization change and ignore employee satisfaction report. - I used to work in Frontline effectiveness team, and my new(2019)UX Director and UX Manager were underqualified to do their job and no responsibilities towards the project initiatives. No experience in handling team and junior designer were bullied in the team meeting. They never shared how long they used to work with CIBC. The only answer we get is " I don't remember how long I am working here". -Frontline staffs were not given appreciation of work if you don't have good relation with your manager.
