Great vision from CEO and executive members. Choice of Benefits. Vacation days.

Cons

That great vision from higher management gets lost with lower management and individual employees. Work expectations become inconsistent due to these mixed messages. Some great management, but a lot of power hungry bullies with zero trust in tenured employees. Overworked despite bringing up concerns due to obsession with tracking & planning productivity.
